Who we are
AMOTRA GUYANE is a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) founded in 2021 in Cayenne. We work as a general contractor or on separate work packages for public authorities, industrial companies, retail brands and private clients throughout French Guiana — Cayenne, Matoury, Rémire-Montjoly, Kourou and Saint-Laurent-du-Maroni.
We rely on a network of 20 to 25 skilled workers and qualified subcontractors, mobilised according to each project and coordinated by a single point of contact.
Our trades
- Masonry & structural works: foundations, slabs, block walls, ring beams, timber roof structures.
- Roof refurbishment: high-pressure cleaning, anti-rust treatment, metal roof painting, work at height with aerial platforms.
- Façades & painting: render repairs, crack treatment, anti-fungal treatment, exterior painting.
- Partitions & suspended ceilings: plasterboard partitions up to 5.80 m high, acoustic insulation.
- Retail fit-out: screeds, tiling, sanitary facilities, furniture installation, ready-to-open handover.
- Technical floors & resin: epoxy resin systems on concrete, anti-slip exterior floor coatings, vinyl flooring.
- HVAC, plumbing & electrical: air-conditioning installation and replacement, plumbing, electrical work, ventilation.
- Project management assistance & public tenders.
Sensitive and industrial sites
We work for industrial companies and at the Guiana Space Centre in Kourou, for organisations such as CNES, ESA and AVIO. Before every intervention on an occupied or industrial site, a prevention plan is drawn up with the client. Our occupational risk assessment document (DUERP) is kept up to date, and site access, badge and co-activity rules are built into the preparation of each project.

Each client receives a personal code to follow progress online: completion rate, next steps, visit reports and photos.
